Just when you think you have this all figured out..... boom something happens.
So I had a large fish die off last night I lost 2 blue damsels, a foxface, and a fairy wrasse that have been in the tank almost a year.
The only thing I have done or added was a colorado sunburst bubbletip anemone last Tuesday.
I have 4 peppermint shrimp, 1 fire shrimp, lots of snails, 2 clowns, 1 firefish, 1 banggai that are all surviving though they look alittle stressed.
Temp. 78
Salinity. 1.026
All. 10.2
Ph. 8.0
Nitrate. 1
Phosphate. .04
Ammonia. 0
Nitrite. 0
Can't figure this one out
The nem was very bloated and exposed out of its hole with the lights out. So my first thought is it died so I turned the lights on and it reacted to the lights then I dosed seachem prime as a precaution. I poked the nem and it reacted slowly but now looks as pictured.
Any suggestions are appreciated I don't want to lose everything but dont want to lose an expensive nem either. What could have killed so many fish but not others or inverts. I lost no inverts.
Lfs said the nem was alot larger but picked this rock to live in.
