I have programmed the light to come on a 10:00 am and off at 20:00 and they won’t operate. Only way to get them to turn on is on apex fusion or my phone app and turn them on and off manually. I need this resolved as I will be away my tank starting Monday afternoon for a week and cannot manually turn on and off everyday. This very frustrating! Please help

Cool. Should work, the only thing I see that may be keeping them from coming on as soon as you switch them to auto is the hysteresis value. It’s set at one minute, so they should come on one minute after you switch them to auto.

I don’t think the wizard will let you set that value to 0 if you don’t want it (though for halides that’s a good idea). You can do a simple advanced program if you want to get rid of hysteresis altogether.

Just as an example, here is my programming of my T5’s:

But, you could just set the hysteresis to 1 second instead.

It’d look like this:

It does not come on at all on the program. I have to switch both lights on and off manually. So annoying

Can you do a small test? Idk what time it is there, but change the programming to this:

Set the time on for a couple hours ago.

Set the time off for a couple hours from now.

Set the hysteresis value to 000:01

Um. Make sure your temperature is below 82 degrees?

Then update the programming and set the light to auto. If it doesn’t work, then things should get interesting.

It looks like you have a Jr, and I don't have any direct experience with that model.
However here are a few basic suggestions.
Make sure that your lights are plugged into the correct outlets described.
Make sure that the outlet tiles are set to AUTO.
Look at the Clock page in Fusion and make sure that Local and Apex times match.
Also, in your Output Configuration, please pull down the menu so it changes from Light to Advanced, and show us that code.

If they were not plugged in to the correct outlets I would not be able to turn them on and off manually at those outlets. Kwim

That worked. Now what ???

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
