Help me ID this Eel!

So I came across this Eel and nobody has been able to give me an answer as to what type it is, any help is appreciated!

Closest I can find is a Skeletor Eel, but no images I can find seem to have anywhere near as much white.

There could be regional variation in the species. Or individual variation is markings.
I know Tessellate morays show a wide amount of marking variation within the species. Do they know where it was shipped from?
