I’m as newbie as they come! I acquired this coral and it’s absolutely thriving in my aquarium. I could sit and watch it for hours! I’d like to add another but I have no idea what kind of coral it is. It has the most electric little blue specs at the base of the flowing yellow/green protrusions. It was just a bumpy looking rock when I got it and then these magnificent “flowers” popped out of it after a few hours in the tank.

Also, does anyone know when my bubble tip anemone will come hence forth from the cave he has buried himself in? It’s been 3 days and he shows no signs of budging. He is still very bubble shaped, from what I can see of him but, he is wedged into one of the holes in my live rock under an overhang where there is zero light and zero flow. Everyone else in the tank is super happy…he is missing out…and we are missing him!

Looks like gsp I would put it on an island by itself or it will take over. Gsp spreads like wild fire I love the stuff.

GSP! This coral will spread like a weed if you don't trim it. Some like it, some don't

I loved mine, attached it to a frag mag and let it grow all over my back wall along with some daisy polyps... this way it didnt take up realestate for other display corals.
