HELP! Micro BUBBLES are Driving me Insane!

Got bubble issue fixed by doing the plumbing suggestions mentioned. Still have to valve the outflow back about 25% but flow in tank is fairly good and it is the best I can do with the constraints of my basement. We plan on moving in 2-3 years and will do much better set up at that point! Thanks everyone for help!
