Hi so I got a angle and he is summing to his side but only some time’s

Your rock looks very new, I also notice no substrate. I think the parameters are off which is causing his problems. How old is the tank? What’s the parameters? - kali

The tank is like 4 to 5 months old I just got him like 2 weeks ago I believe

Bouyancy issue can be constipation, bladder issue or Gastrointestinal parasite Also there are many different symptoms of parasitosis in fish, but the fish swimming on sideways or on its side is perhaps the most obvious. The fish tends to retract one of its fins which affects its stability and agility in the water. The most common intestinal parasites in fish are from the genus Hexamita. Treatment If its an enlarged stomach or intestine which is thought to be another cause of a swim bladder disorder, is to not feed the fish for three days. At this time, increase the water temperature to 78-80 degrees Fahrenheit and leave it there during treatment. On the fourth day, feed the fish a cooked and skinned pea.
