Help Need ID? Feather duster, hydroid, aiptasia?

Recently i found these hanging on the glass of the aquarium, its probably from the liverock i put almost 1 month ago. Picture below. I’m thinking hydroids, feather dusters or baby aiptasia?? Help me ID and is it harmful??

I'm 99% sure these are not feather dusters or aiptasia (not even baby versions).
