Assuming the test kit is accurate and that product contains nitrate, just dose more.

More details needed ....... Tank size, system equipment, perimeters, length tank has been set up.

Without a full background of your system its near impossible for the forum to answer this question.

Pics of your system would also help.
Thanks for help . My tank 1200 liter . Water water pernanment : 1027 - canxi 460 - mg 1335 - no3 is 0 - po4 is 0.03 to 0.1 .

I
Thanks for the additional information. What test kit are you using for nO3 ?
What is your alkalinity ?

How long has the system been set up ?
I use no3 hanna checker , alk around 7.5 to 7.8 ( double check with no3 salifer ) . This tank had been 5 month

I will let some others chime in hear, but I would guess the system is too young and way overstocked and stability is not in the reef right now. Good luck to you with this many corals loaded in a brand new reef. That's a path I would not have taken, so I will let others that have done this type of quick start up to chime in. :)

Looks like your macro-algae would be up-taking that NO3. How much are you dosing? If the corals are healthy and growing, I wouldn’t do anything extreme here

Ok, just saw the last post about SPS health. I agree with @14 foot reef here. You probably went too fast with the SPS/coral stocking in this short of a time. I would try to sell back some/most of the coral and get let the tank cycle/mature. Start with a couple soft corals and monitor over time.

That’s kind of extreme, don’t you think? Maybe they don’t want soft corals? Selling the corals would not be wise since they’d lose money and the STN would further progress in the new tank.

I don’t think it’s your fault. Mariculture acropora are notorious for getting STN/RTN.

Just take a small breath. The tank will continue to mature as the days go by. The good news is that you added lots of live rock and bacteria with those Acropora bases.

The worrisome part is that you might have introduced Acropora parasites if you didn’t QT any of those large colonies.

What I would do is make sure you have enough light and flow. I would have full spectrum light. I would shoot for at least 300 par.

You must accept that there will be some losses with mariculture acropora. It’s not your fault; it’s very normal with wild caught acros.

Do you have fish? Do you feed enough? Acropora don’t really care about nitrate. I would just feed the fish a few times a day.

Besides dosing nitrate, do you have any fish in the tank? Are you feeding the tank? What's your Po4?
Looks like you're running a very low nutrient system and have a lot of macro alage that will suck up a lot of No3 and Po4.

Make sure you have some Po4 presents (.05-.10) and just keep increasing the nitrate doses slowly until you get to 2-3ppm. But agree with others, don't do anything extreme. And the age of the tank doesn't concern me.

How long have the SPS been in the tank? What's your oldest SPS and how is it doing?

Po4 around 0.03 to 0.1 . I dont have fish this time is fallow tank because of velvet . I have feed coral 3 time a day with redsea ab+ and reef roid
Almost sps have been 1-2 month some colony have been 3-4 month . Some of wild colony now is turning bright color . But the coral skin look very thin , i think lack of nutrition becaue no3 is Zero . But i have a problem with Millepora acropora . They always get rtn/stn suddenly include polyp extension eventhough my tank have alots of smonth skin ( deep acro ) but never get rtn/stn . I dont know why ‍♂️
