Help on ID. Looks like zoa but not aiptasia?

Looks more like a rock nem then a majano nem but the lack of a skeletal base says otherwise..

I’d say just watch it carefully. As far as a lack of skeletal base goes rock nems and majanos both lack a skeleton. After taking a second look it seems to have way too many tentacles/polyps than for a majano.

You have some better pictures than I could get but yes I would say they are the same thing. Mine when extended is about half a dime size or so. When I first noticed it is was very small like smaller than a pencil erasers.
