Hi. I just switched from an Orbit Current 4-lamp 96 watt lighting system to a RR Lumentek Pro 180. Unfortunately, although the lamp came with instructions on how to program it, I can't find any instructions or suggestions on how it should be programed. In other words, I know that I can set different parameters every 10 minutes, I just have no idea what those perimeters should be. Help please? I don't want to harm my fish or corals!

Press menu on controller and that allows you to scan through the different categories. Baiscally select what you want to program through the menu and adjust levels by using the arrow buttons. On custom mode you can change how often the lights change from ramp up to ramp down by selecting mode custom step I think it is called. In custom mode settings must be saved. To customize other modes you must select the settings you want and press enter on the controller. Hope this helps :)
