Help programming uv in apex

Looking to program my UV in apex and need help with the code.

I’m trying to have the UV turn off when the return is off, would also like to delay the UV and ATO to come on 10-15 min after return is back on and running.

Any help is appreciated, thank you so much. Any other tips are welcomed and helpful.

Add below to UV outlet configuration, change "Return" to the name of your return outlet. Change the "030:00" to the amount of delay you want, same for the ATO.
UV-
If Output Return = OFF Then OFF
Defer 030:00 Then ON

ATO-
If Output Return = OFF Then OFF
Defer 030:00 Then ON
