Help Saving Frog Spawn Coral

So a little over a week ago, I switched my tank from a 55 to 120gal. After switching, all but one fish died. The survivor was saved when my wife noticed my wave maker was too low to produce oxygen. Now Im attempting to save my frog spawn coral. My ammonia was through the roof from the death of fish and possibly the sand from last tank. Im posting a photo to see if it can come back from its current status.

First thing to do is get it off of the sand bed. That sand will irritate the flesh. Do you have something you can mount it on and then put it on the rock?

Its glued to a stone so I can place it on thr live rock
