Help! Tiny bugs on glass and rocks

I couldn’t get any pictures of the ones on the rocks but they are all over the glass, just noticed them today and am pretty worried about what they are. If anyone could tell me what they are and if they are bad or not that would be awesome

They are copepods/amphipods (hard to tell size in the photo). Friendly. Free fish food. Once the clown I can vaguely see through the glass recognizes they're food you won't see them in the open like that anymore

Free food/clean up crew. They mostly come out at night. My wife freaked out when she saw the the first time

Copepods and great creatures to see in your tank. They’ll lessen in population over time as the tank settles and you add fish which eat them

Feed live phytoplankton once in awhile and ~monthly or so add a bottle of live copepods to sustain the population. Fish like mandarins and dragonets will eat thousands per day to stay healthy. It's a great sign to see them and means you are doing something right!

I don’t see copepods (maybe a couple) or amphipods in the picture. Imo these are isopods they are a lot bigger than most copepods. There a few parasitic types, but the ones you have are normal and very healthy for your tank. Their number will go down as your detritus and “leftovers” are being consumed. They self-regulate population and your fish can use them as a snack! They are often seen in population explosions when the tank is being overfed or new.
