Need help tuning aquac ev 240. I cant get the skimmer to collect on the cup the skimate gets on the sides of the skimmer. Please help. Anyone whith aquac ev skimmers?

Were is the water level in the skimmer? is the foam/bubbles right there are the point were the skimmer cup meets the bottom part?
