Help! Waterbox arrived damaged

Does anyone have any experience with Waterbox customer service ? My infinia 190.5 arrived Friday and I did not notice a small chip on the bottom of the tank until I got it on the stand. I purchased the additional warranty Waterbox sells. I hope they make this right …

They will. Ive had good experience with them.

As with anything, patience is vital.

Just a note: I always take video when unpacking items like tanks, helps the process. Lots of fraud out there. And sometimes its the shipping companies fault.

I sent them an email and will update post once I hear back. Waterbox is a reputable company so I expect them to make it right. I will update post once I hear back

Their customer service has been good when I dealt with them but I only had questions not damage. TBO that looks like impact damage so it should be interesting to see how they respond.
