Help what are these?

I vacuumed out my sump and found these. What are they and are they bad?

They are kinda like a worm and the bottom of them are flat and they have a ring on them

looks like a nudi the snail is a limpet

The snail thing is a large Limpet and the worm is some type of swimming worm that I can't think of the name right now, it's harmless.

Ok are the keyhole limpets bad? I have him in a bowl for now. A friend of mine recognized it and said he had one eat his gsp

I have the two worms out as well. Should I put them back in?
