White stringy stuff on PVC pipe and scrubber. Tank only 2 weeks old. It’s near the Wavemaker if that’s relevant.

Odd for a newer tank, it almost looks like junk that builds up when I scrape my glass and gets caught. I don't think that is the case here... but welcome!

I have a HOB overflow with a protein slimmer in my sump and a return pump if that helps at all.

Possibly the glue inside the PVC pipe breaking down? Idk because the glue is blue and this is white so doubtful I guess.
