HELP: What is wrong with these fish?

Hello R2R,

A friend of mine are having issues with his foxface and the purple tang. The foxface's tail looks like it's rotting. Similarly, the purple tang's top fin is also rotting. On top of that, the purple tang also has white discoloring/blotches above its eye, face and his body.

1. Can you help identify what are these issues?
2. What is causing these issues?
3. Are there any treatments?

Very hard to tell from your pics, sorry. But look up ICH, Marine Velvet & Fin/Tail Rot. From your description those would be my guess. Good luck & I hope you find and are able to treat/cure.
