These fluffy white spots are popping up all over one of my fish. Started on the one on the top fin and spread slowly. The largest one is ~ 3 mm. Can you guys help me ID this so I can treat it? Thankx.

Any input would be appreciated.

Looks like lymphocystis to me. Its a viral disease with no known treatments/cures. It usually disappears in time an is usually not fatal.

The only way to treat that is to take out the fish and use a knife and gently scrub off the cauliflower looking thing. I have done this many time on my angel fish.
They will continue to grow and spread if you don't scrape it off, and that is the only way to treat it.
