Help: Which line is the waste water?

Can someone help me with what line is the waste water on the RODI canister? Yellow or Blue? I think I may have mixed them up.

When it was set up like this, I was getting barely any waste water.

I just switched them to try it, and it seems like it is running normal now.

Also, there was a little green flow restrictor in the blue line.

The flow restrictor should be in the waste line

Can you take a picture showing the end with the two lines face on? It's not really clear to me which is waste and which is RO. I am leaning towards the blue in your photo as waste.

When you turn it on which line is giving you the really high output?

The other way to check would be with a tds meter.

Looks to me the yellow is waste on your RO housing. Should be easy to tell if you pull the other ends and run both into a bucket. Waste will be flowing much more than RO. Install the restrictor in whichever is the waste line.
