Help with Algae ID - water analysis included

Hey All,

I have been fighting this reoccurring algae problem for months and months now and just cannot get it get kicked. I think its dinos but kind of looks like cyano too. The pics below are hours after a 3 day blackout with chemiclean treatment (might have been old, does it expire?). It only grows on the sand bed, never on rocks or glass. Decreases significantly at night but comes back fast when the lights are on. It doesnt produce the snot bubbles like I have dinos do but just gets kind of wavey as it gets longer. Ive tried long blackouts, powdered chemiclean, ive added a UV sterilizer, and finally did a water analysis to make sure im not way off on something. Analysis did reveal some crazy high phosporus because I had tried dosing phos-feed for a bit. That has now been corrected and salifert kit (new not old) is showing clear water so close to zero. Also added some iodine which the zoas responded really well too.

Do I just need to buy a microscope so I can be sure? Happy to get more pics or videos.

almost looks like dinos I cannot tell. @Mr. Mojo Rising is good with this stuff.

It does look like Cynobacteria.

I have a 25 year sandbed that has a reoccurring Cynobacteria & Dinoflagellate presence. I recently received a Florida Fighting Conch and he is BOSS at eating all of it.
