Help with ATO coding with apex

I have a jbj nano ato. I want to make it turn on for about a minute then turn off the entire plug off a few times a day. How can I achieve this.what exactly do i have to type in. Thanks

How many times a day and at what times do you want it turned on?

4 times a day every 6 hours for about 40 seconds. 5am 11am 5pm 11pm

That could work. Or something like this:

Set OFF
Fallback OFF
If Time 05:00 Then ON
If Time 11:00 Then ON
If Time 17:00 Then ON
If Time 23:00 Then ON
Defer 00:40 Then OFF
If Output Maintenance = ON Then OFF
