Im not sure but I think you have the hot leads connected wrong. They should be on the exact opposite sides of each other. You have one more to the right and the other to the left.

Ok. Disconnect everything on the relay and start from scratch. First thing. Connect hot lead coming from the plug end to the top right , then other end coming out the same side.

Now on your transformer , connect the float switch to the leads.

Try the hot leads on the bottom .. same position but on the bottom. If that doesn’t work, try other bottom side

Finally! I got it! Thanks y’all for all your help! I’m certainly a dummy when it comes to electricity but fresh! Never tried the opposite. Should of been my first thing to try since it is Chinese.
Ahh yea, it's from the other side of the world. You gotta hook it up backwards for it to work over here. LOL
