Help With Bulb Ballast Combo

I have the lumen max 2 reflector, blue wave 2 ballast running reefoptics 250w14k SE bulbs. Growth seems to be very slow on the corals, both lps and sps. Is there a better bulb that will work with this ballast/reflector combo?

i like radiums myself, seem to get good growth out of them , but i mainly just run them cause i like the color.

What kind of color will I get out of those bulbs with the ballast I have? I tried a ushio, way to yellow.
