Help with care tips ?

Hey guys I just picked up a lobo and an acan frag. Wondering what's the best food to spot feed ?

I feed my LPS a mixture of brine/mysis (sometimes cyclopeeze is in there too) a long with Fauna Marine LPS pellets and sometimes they grab some fish food pellets. This is not all in one feeding mind you =P
