Help with controller energy bar

Good morning I purchased this apex controller when I was connecting it I had some of the light turn on a outlet was getting power and others light didn’t have them on and was no power to the outlet.

( I tried unplugging it, I tried updating the firmware I believe I did it right, at one point I have 7 light on ) any help will be greatly appreciated I tried to contact apex but not open till tomorrow I check YouTube and here but did find anything. Have a Great Sunday Reefers !!!!
 
Have you tried unplugging the apex brain? Wait 5 minutes and then plug it in to different port

Check your fusion outlets as the ones with no lights may be off due to being off or on an on/off schedule (AUTO)
 
A good starting point are to used the built in task options to use the built in control settings. The task will walk your through setting up and outlet depending on what you have plugged in and select. It’s the icon that looks like a clipboard. When you are then ready to get into more advance coding this forum is then a good place to start.

Does anyone know a step by step how to set everything up ? Is it better with computer because reading the manual I am confused on what buttons are what
I would either follow using a video online or look at what the above member sent. Going through the built-in task options is a good starting point.
