Hello,

Could someone help me ID the critters/hitchhikers in the attached pictures?

The picture with the “snout” is located in the sump of my AIO, the white specs are located on the back wall in my display near where my clowns hang out. Tank is approx 1 year old and parameters are good baring Nitrate is currently at approx 20. The specs/growth have only been noticeable for a week. Depending what these are, I plan on removing them when I do my water change tonight.

Stock includes:
- pair of clowns
- Royal Gramma
- Cherub Angel

- numerous hermit and halloween crabs
- 1 tuxedo urchin
- numerous Nassasrius and Trochus snails
- couple of bumblebee snails (recently added)

Any/all help or suggestions appreciated

Thanks

First pic is spirorbid worms and second is a pineapple sponge. Both harmless filter feeders that are generally good for the tank. Though the worms can grown all over everything and can clog up equipment in a high nutrient tank.

I was worried it might be a young/growing Vermetid snail as I’ve had a couple before (hence the bumblebee snails).

Much appreciated
