Help with diagnosis

Any help appreciated. Noticed spots or bumps not seen till zoom in with light on my son's scopas tang. Breathing heavy and laying on bottom of tank. Tank had Ick and was in QT with copper treatment. Started observation phase a few days ago. Video attached.

Fish likely has ich and for sure mucus cones which is clearly visible. Mucus cones often begin from a skin irritation and at times are mixed in with ich and Often you will notice other occupants show no signs but recommended is to remove all fish and treat them as well using coppersafe or copper power for a full 30 days at 2.25ppm which they respond to well and add an air stone and monitor copper level with a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.

Can you outline the copper treatment? Copper type, dose and length of time?

The fish didn’t make it.
Copper power 2.3 -2.05 for 30 days alongside several other fish also had to add on Prazipro at the end due to flukes showing up.
