Help with dosers

I have two brs dosers 1.1 ml a minute. These things are really annoying. They have been doing what ever they want even though the code is the same. Thankfully I do not always trust technology as if these dosers were actually hooked to my tank, they would have killed everything in the tank possibly, so they are just dosing into cups for the meantime. I will show you my commands. Maybe these codes are wrong or something and anything that can troubleshoot this issue would be awesome.

Calcium commands
Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/000:30/029:30 Then ON
If Time 13:00 to 11:59 Then OFF
this means that 1pm to about 12 noon the next day the doser is off and at exactly 12 noon it turns on for 30 seconds and off for 29 and half minutes and again for 30 seconds
once more reaching 1pm and the cycle continues.

Alkalinity
Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/001:30/058:30 Then ON
If Time 23:00 to 19:59 Then OFF
this means 11pm to about 8pm the next day the doser is off and turns on at 8pm exactly for one minute and 30 seconds for every hour until it reaches 11pm which then the cycle continues.

That OSC is way beyond my understanding. I use the following.

Fallback off
Set off
If Time 00:30 to 00:40 then on
If Time 02:30 to 01:40 then on
Etc
Etc

I use odd hours for alk and even hours for calcium. Each part is dosed every other hour opposite of eachother. I heard there is also some sort of code generator on the web that someone set up but i don't recall where to find it.
