Help with fish ID from Cayman?

Saw something new in a recent Grand Cayman dive trip, about a foot long in open water that I can't seem to identify in any of my references or internet, would appreciate any ID help. Thanks!

That's a remora (taxonomic family Echeneidae) of some variety - I honestly don't know how to tell the species apart at this point (other than counting the number of plates on the sucker on the head to differentiate Echeneis species, with >21 being E. naucrates and 20-21 being E. neucratoides), but someone might be able to narrow it down from
