So I do like a good bit of fish in my reefs and have been putting together a fish list for my high end grow out system. 2 60g deep blue frag tanks on a bashsea 72x18x18 sump with a reef octopus elite skimmer, large refugium with kessil a360x fuge, bashsea bio reactor and media reactors. Total water volume around 250 gallons. One tank will for high end sps and the other will be high end zoas with some lps. Bare bottom with tiles. Looking for some more fish to add to the list.
So far I have been thinking
kole eye tang in one tank
Yellow tang in the other
Black storm clowns in one
Orange storm clowns in other
Definitely a nice wrasse in each tank
Looking for 10-12 fish total and something nice and unique.

So you are stocking two separate 60 gallons tanks. The dimensions are about 4x2x1 high, correct?

Because of no sand, you'll have to avoid any leopard wrasses or wrasses in the Halichoeres genus. Six line wrasses are meant for frag tanks. A 4 line would be more unique.

No, fairies don't need sand. Neither do flashers or the "lined" wrasses.

Just Coris, Halichoeres, leopards, and probably something else that I'm forgetting need sand

Tamarin wrasses, the Anampses genus, I think are the ones you are thinking of.

Do all fairy wrasses need sand?
Fairy wrasses wont provide a utilarian function if that is why you are looking at one, they'll just look pretty for you.
Theres a chart if you need help selecting what will be best for your tank
