Help with Jbj chiller 1/5

I got this used chiller it works but the problem is ,set at 77 comes on at 78 goes off at 76.9 but 125 gallon tank is not cooled off just when chiller is warmed up it goes off ,I need it to act like a jbj 1/10 chiller 2 degrees set at 77 comes on at 78 and goes off at 76..does anyone know how to set this chiller like a 1/10 2 degrees...or do I have to buy an external thermostat like an inkbird and let that do the temp.if so how do I put it on chiller do I unplug jbj thermostat or just go up on temp when inkbird is on .i know I plug in chiller just don’t know setup besides that .can someone Help,Please and thank you

Tradewind Dual Temp Controller -Guess I just buy ,This to help with setting thermostat ,do I put the chiller thermostat to higher and the Controller to the temp.I want in tank. Or do I have to wire the compressor to controller some how or just plug in and set and unplug thermostat on chiller.?
