Hi folks,

I've recently installed a Kessil a360xe with the wifi dongle. It looks great, but I'm having an odd problem with setting up the programming that I'm hoping somebody can help me with. I have a custom profile set up to come on at 10AM, ramp up, peak for much of the day and ramp down/off in the evening. All that is working great. The problem is...for some reason my light comes on at 9AM for about 2 minutes and then turns off. I've no idea why! Below is an image of my program, any advice would be much appreciated!

can you share a pic of the full schedule? this only shows ti'll 1300 hours

Only thing I can think of, is your on time at 10AM is set to 7% try setting a time point before that at 9-9:30 for everything at 0% similar to how you have it at 20:30
possible the start at 7% is messing something up. I'd try adding that and then running the schedule and see what happens

Thanks, I will give that a try.
I had to do something similar with mine
I have an A160we the previous model and if I didn't have the off point in the morning the light would come on at goofy times as kessils don't actually come on till 10% intensity (the older models anyway)

Make sure you're not in demo mode, I think it's under options? Usually when the light doesn't follow the program, it's either in demo mode or you don't have the program selected for the light. If you need help, reach out to Kessil customer service, they're great.

Any luck?

Btw, I've always found it easier to modify their existing programs by editing the points and/or adding additional points if needed. All you have to do is change the time, then adjust the spectrum/intensity.

I never really figured out why it came on then went off…but adding a blackout point at 9am did “fix the glitch” 👍
Sweet!!
