Help with new tank fish/invert selection - new reef tank (Reefer 250)

Im getting back into the hobby after 10 years, and I've been researching and working hard to set up a new tank. Its about 1/2 way through cycling, and I've got a QT tank I will be setting up with tank water and a sponge filter/hob for when I am ready to start the QT process and get some fish. So...now comes the fun part. The wish list! Looking for some help/advice on 1) this list to see if I should avoid or reduce any fish or inverts and 2) suggestion for stocking order. Currently these are in no order at all - just a list of desireables. Thanks in advance!

Blue hermit (1)

Sponge?

Emerald Crab (1)

Serpent Star(1)

Fire shrimp (1)

Clown fish (2)

Royal Gramma (1)

Bengai Cardinals (2)

Flame Hawkfish (1)

Fathead Anthias (1)

Lawnmower blenny (1)

Yellow Wrasse (1)

Madarin (after establishing copopods way down the line)?

Emperor angelfish. (hah – kidding)

The only one I would strike from the list is the lawnmower blenny, as they just seem hard to keep for any length of time.
