HELP With our condy anemone

Need some guidence please.
Does condy anemone's.attach to rocks or do they need to be on the sand? Also please look at the pic. Does he look ok?

They prefer sand at the base of a rock I believe.. @OrionN has a good method to get them to attach. I forget the steps though

I never keep Condy but I think they stay on the rock.
