I have a frag of RR Pink Floyd that has lost all color, but still has great PE. All the yellow is gone and the frag is nearly black! Sometimes it displays messenterial filaments. I feel it's starving but it sits in 450 Par. Wondering if anyone has any experience with something like this?

Here are my params...
Salinity 1.026
Ca 450
Alk 7.3
Mg 1350
NO3 Undetectable
PO4 .02

I vinegar dose in my ATO and have for years. I have cut way back in hopes of getting nitrates slightly detectable.

Yes it could be starving with a No3 undetectable.
Try to get it over the 2ppm mark or even higher.
When I had the sps colonies I was between 5 and 8 ppm

You may want to place where it gets @250-300 par to see if it's getting blasted with too much light.
