Help with Second Pump Placement

I have a Jebao DMP40 on the left running on random crest mode and I feel like I should add another pump on the right for more flow. Currently I have the DMP40 positioned 2/3 up the top and slightly towards the front glass. Both my rock work is wide at the base and narrow towards the top so if you look at the tank from the side it looks like a right angle triangle ◣. I dont want to point 2 pumps towards each other as Ive tried a similar setup with gyres before and it creates lots of turbulent flow in the center of my tank and nothing on the right or left. I want to position the pump so its either near the bottom 1/3 of the tank and more towards the front or back. Putting it lower front would probably blast my purple stylo too much, and putting is towards the lower back would be blasting at my rock work and not do much in terms of flow.

I could raise up the left pump to 3/4 up the tank and push it back into my tank more and have the right pump sorta 2/3 up the tank and more towards the front, any other suggestions for placements?

I agree on the opposite side. This will give you more random flow as the currents 'crash' into each other. You are running a random crest mode, which does add some random flow, but it still is a pretty laminar flow across the corals.
