Help with setting up two pump ATO

ok just some feedback

i programmed as per Lasse instructions and tested
current ph 8.23
so i raise ph for test to 8.35 for probe
test kalk pump turns on fine

next to test was to lower the ph probe to 8.1
the kalk pump still turns on not the ATO pump

any ideas?

Would not the kalk pump turn on because the PH is low at 8.1?

If he lower the nominal value and if level is low - the ATO should run

@muz_z Try to set the pH controller to two position for a while and test again. Do not forgot to save

was trying to test if the ATO pump would turn on not Kalk pump with this test

I have tested now and if you set the controller mode to 2 position and have a nominal pH of at least 0.1 below or over the nominal value - it will work. When you have it to work well in 2 position you can change (if needed) to pulse variable but take a short on period in the beginning (maybe 2 minutes) I have seen this before but it will work if you run it sharp. It takes some on and off before it will be stable

Well thanks to Lasse for his great help I have achieved getting my kalk reactor to dose my ato when PH is low and when ph is correct it will only dose RODI
What a legend he is and all the effort he has put into helping me sort this out

well update after nearly one week
my PH has never been more stable than it has over the last 6 days
i was having trouble with PH dropping to 7.8 at night not no more!
thanks to Lasse for his Programmable logic experience i have made my tank much more PH stable with the addition of kalk through the Avast Kalk Reactor when PH is low and once PH is at the right Level now 8.2 only RODI is added
