Help with sick fish

Well just looking for advice royal gramma and clownfish started with small white dust/specs top of body and fins decided to treat thinking either inch or velvet placed in qt yesterday and started with copper power slowly rising only at .50 today fish were eating and colored well yesterday today clown is breathing heavy and colored less here is a quick video see what everyone’s thoughts are. (Took all fish out into qt that’s why fire fish is there as well) can’t get royal gramma hiding in pipe and breathing heavy.

Does your water test zero for ammonia?

This could well be velvet.

You’ll want to get the copper power level up to 2.25 today, don’t raise it slowly. The fish may not have that much time.

Ammonia is zero, I was thinking velvet too I was trying to be cautious and not stress him anymore then he is but you think get it up there today.
