Okay so I think this is my final version of the stocking list but I just have some questions towards the angel maybe being aggressive and what should I add first and when I should add all of the fish to the tank or if you would change anything

Thus list is for a 40g

Which dwarf angel are you looking at? Theres a few - over two genera I believe there are 36 species which are available in the hobby. Some are very placid and others are quite temperamental.

I was thinking of a coral beauty

Looks like a good list.

Which Dwarf?
Coral beauty
Do you have any recommendations for clean up crew for my 40g I was thinking

🧹 CLEANUP CREW
* 4× Trochus Snails
* 3× Nassarius Snails
* 2× Cerith Snails

But I don’t know if that’s to much or too little and I might want some more interesting options

I wouldn’t do a CB personally just due to the size these can get to. I’ve also found at least over this side of the pond that these guys are oddly difficult to keep with quite frequently getting fungal and bacterial infections. Prior to 2021, these were some of the most robust angels and I had 3-4 that I knew of which were into maybe 10-15 years (my personal one was around 13-15 years). But since 2021, these guys are a struggle to even get past 1-2 years before they die now. I’ve dealt with 5 since and not one has lasted longer than maybe 12-15 months. I’ve dealt with Mauritian Tiger Tails, the bluer variants, more orange variants and not one has lasted. My care hasn’t changed at all in the last 6-8 years either.

But this is only something I’ve noticed over here, I’ve not seen many people with CBs posting so can’t say much about if it is a change in global care/collection or not.
