Help with torches needed.

IME, we try too hard to help the torch. I've been there myself, trying different dips, placement, etc... what I discovered, is the less we do, the better they do.
Dipping is stressful to coral, especially torches. If they are already stressed due to injury (or otherwise), dipping only makes things worse. This is just my experience, others may comment differently.

I agree. The only problem is if a dip is required for pest or bacterial infection.
Unless I can see the pest, I'd rather just leave the coral alone.
