Help with trachy rescue

[Jack’s Reef 2024]

So my brother gave me this trachy that was slightly bleached with Skelton but has slowly gotten worse and now mouth seems to be gaped open has anyone had success bringing trachys back. Parameters as of today were calcium 435 alk 8.8 magnesium 1420 phosphate at .10 nitrate 2.3

What par is that coral at? They seem to like low numbers.
Also, If that nem can reach that coral it will sting the thing badly.
It doesn't look to be that badly bleached, but if it's getting stung or over cooked then it will not do well goint forward.

Id get the trachy away from the rock and anemone, those nematacysts can cause some issues. The trachy still has some great color
