help with wireing leds

ok so I have a 24v 350w power supply
I currently have 70 3w leds wired 7 in series
how many more could I wire into the power supply???
am thinking 100 would be 300w but not sure

There is more to it than just matching watts. You need to make sure that each LED also has the correct voltage applied to it. Each LED has a minimum voltage it needs to have applied to turn on and a maximum before it is damaged. You need to make sure your parallel series configuration takes this into account.
If you have already taken this into account then yes, at the designed operating voltage, 100 of these LED's would be 300w. Actual power draw could be lower if they are not run at the designed voltage.
