So I'm new to reefing always loved looking at them as a kid so I started one and for some reason my bubble tip nems aren't doing good but my cony's and long tips are thriving

Where does the water going in your tank come from? There could be something in the water the bubbles don't tolerate but the others do.

I don't know, but I'm hoping that commenting will get some more attention to your post.

I believe I heard rumors stating that this water has high phosphate in it. Be that or not please post parms

And I've had 3 pass away on me and a carpet but I've got 2 long tentacles and 2 cony's that have been in there and they are fine and thriving

Parms is Parameters from you testing the tank water

Important ones are:
Calcium
Alkalinity
Phosphate
Nitrate
Salinity
Temperature

Would be helpful if we could alsoconfirm
Nitrite
Ammonia

What light are you using ? Your anemone appears bleached

Ok just did my testing earlier today oh was almost 0 ammonia was at 0 nitrite was almost 0 and nitrate was 0 those are the only tests I have and my salinity is 1.025

It evaporates about 2 gallons a week so I'll pull 3 more out and and a hole box of water
