I got this white dots growing all over my glass and over flow even my flipper anyone know what they are

Is your tank new? (everything looks so clean ). New tanks can get a huge growth of them, and then they die out.

I'd just caution against leaving your Flipper inside the tank for so long that things start to grown on it. All it takes is a tiny barnacle or coralline or something in the wrong place, and that's a good way to scratch your glass.
