Happened overnight not sure what it is. Half my fish seem to have it? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I know it can be tricky and hard but can you try to get a closer/clearer picture under white light. The clearer the better to help ID

That sailfin tang has severe late stage ich. You’re going to need to move of the fish into a tank with NO invertebrates and treat them with either coppersafe at 2.5 ppm for 30 days or with hyposalinity (low salinity) at a specific gravity of 1.009 for 30 days. If your tank has no inverts in it, you can run hypo right in the tank. Some people, with just a few inverts, find it easier to move those out to a smaller tank.

You’re going to need to get started on this right away because the fish don’t have much time left.
