Is my acan dying?? All my other corals are fine but this one

All the white you see is skeleton, it is losing its flesh, basically its half dead. It still has flesh so in theory it can always repair itself if the conditions are optimum.

Yes unfortunately. More important question is why. How long have you had it? Tank parameters, light level etc. Looks like some sand possibly on it which will irritate it too. You mention other corals. What kind? Photos of them and the tank?

I have a leather and Zoa and also a Rainbow BTA, light is mostly blues with lite UV and lite white light. I know its some nutrient issue cause i also have an algae issue, i just dont know which cuz my nitrates and phosphates are good, no ammonia either.

what are you calling "good" for your nitrates and phospate? actual values and method of measurement....
Temp?
salinity?

is there "flow" in your tank? what kind of water movement do you have? it almost looks like debris just sitting on the bottom of the tank but perhaps thats just the picture resolution.
Other corals are "fine", .... are they growing?

test with a reef kit, was in "ok zone" don't remember exactly now, salinity is ≈ 1.025-1.026 and i do have flow, not enough i guess to move the sand, but my leather opens and so does my BTA and GAP, but for some reason my zoas dont open either, disposed of the acan unfortunately.
Dont know if growing tho because i got them recently, about a month ago

"not enough flow to move the sand", you've got a larger granular sand bed, if the sand is moving its way too much flow... Ok, so you have water movement.

how often are you doing water changes? source of water? RO?

how long did you have the acan? did you obtain it the same time you got the other corals? perhaps the others are closer to the light source and the acan is on the bottom and was light starved if it lasted a month and then failed.

If it’s not dead it’s probably close. Like others mention, try to get to the source of the issue. Easier said than done but that would be my primary goal.
