I'm not sure if the pictures got put up, but this is my acan. In the first picture I think he looks nice, but when I turn the lights off he shrinks and looks terrible. :( all my water parameters are fine except my calcium is about 370. Please any advice would be great! Thanks for reading!

Ok thank you! I was so worried that it was dieing. It's my first acan ever and I really like him. Any advice for feeding him?

Bart, I recently got a new light fixture and about two week after I got it GHA blooms. My phosphate 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 0-5. I believe it's because of light but any advice on how to get rid of would be great.

I mean no offense. If it was mine, blackout no food, no light 3days. Then 20% water change! I would siphon while scrubbing any remaining dead algae off rock. I would add phosban bag to my sump. My experience....

Nailed it. ( although would feed if I saw any fish aggression- personal preference )

No offense taken. And would my coral be fine with lights of for three days? And already have a bag if phosban. Would it be because I just switched my light that I have huge outbreaks of it? Thanks for the advice! :)
