Hey guys he was just alive and now he's dead well sorta he moves when u touch his legs what can be wrong he's been fine plz help

Is it hollow, if so it molted. If it is not hollow than it is severely stressed, and likely dying. Temperature and salinity swings as well as high nitrates can cause this.

RODI is pure water, there is nothing but H20 in it. Where do you get your water from?

Sweetheart, you've got quite a bit of learning to do, it seems. The water you want to use to mix with your salt is water that has been filtered through a Reverse Osmosis Dionization Filter, also known as an RODI unit. It should have a total dissolved solids count of 0, whereas I've seen tap water in excess of 400. It is possible you have copper in your water high enough to kill an invertebrate such as your fire shrimp.

What are the test numbers you are getting in this tank? How large is it, and how fast did you add everything?

Is this still the 75 gallon tank of yours? If so, that is why your parameters aren't good. You have big fish that need a bigger tank. By yellow bellies do you mean yellow bellied regal tangs (Dory)? You can't use tap water for marine tanks either, the chemicals and impurities in it are often enough to kill/hurt coral and inverts. How big is your sump? Do you have a protein skimmer? If you don't that isn't helping your parameters either. What is the tanks salinity, and temperature?

Haha, the learning curve in this hobby is rather steep, so go slow and be sure to learn all you can. I know how it can be...I studied until my brain hurt for months and still have more to learn!! I agree, if that's a 75, you're EXTREMELY overstocked and need to rehome several ASAP. Most tangs are not suitable for a tank that size to begin with, unfortunately.
