The sinulara is also looking fine. If you look at the very top you can see polyps just poking out and testing the water.

Those bump like things are starting to show everywhere so mabe he's getting ready to open up. The more I move him the more stressed out he'll be and longer to open? Correct

He keeps moving from the flow. So only if he's like face down I should move it
I say even if he is face down still leave him alone, just to see if maybe he adapts. If no improvement, try moving him to a lower flow area for awhile and see how that works.

What about dosing and everything else to keep them happy. I'm clueless about what to do. Will weekly water changed do the trick?

That is most likely a shed. Normal when moved to a new tank. Regular wc will give these guys all they need.

Got him on Sunday and he just started eating yesterday. But he only eats a little bit. After a couple pieces of shrimp he stops plus the others zoom around and take all the food. Will he eventually start eating with more energy and get more or do I have to imcrease the feedings from what I understand they should be fine on a diet of mysis shrimp until he starts taking prepared food but I'm also gonna try adding seaweed. Is veggies in their diet.

His appetite should pick up after some getting use to his new home, I'm not sure about the seaweed, so I can't answer that part. But he should start eating more in a bit

Should I increase the feelings so he can get some nutrition. I can always do a little water change
